How We Started

Smooth Ripple began from frustration with conventional fitness approaches that treated everyone identically. Having worked in commercial gyms and witnessed countless people struggle with generic programmes, we recognised a fundamental gap between what the industry offered and what people actually needed.

In 2014, we established our practice with a simple premise: fitness training should be designed around individual needs, capabilities, and circumstances. Not revolutionary, but surprisingly uncommon in execution.

The early years involved plenty of learning. We worked with diverse clients, refined our assessment processes, and developed programming frameworks that could genuinely adapt to different situations. Each client taught us something valuable about effective coaching.
